    Return & Exchange Policy

    This policy applies to all purchases. We provide a 15-day window from the confirmed delivery date by the shipping carrier to report any issue or request a return, exchange, or refund. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible. Return authorization must be obtained from Parlux prior to any shipment of an item for return or exchange.

    The request must include:

    • Order number
    • Name used at checkout
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence where applicable

    Requests that cannot be verified or lack sufficient information are not processed.

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    A request is eligible only if all conditions are met:

    • Submitted within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery
    • Submitted through the official request form
    • Includes valid order identification and sufficient detail
    • Item(s) must remain in original condition and packaging; items showing use, alteration, or damage are not eligible.

    Requests that do not meet all conditions are not eligible and are subject to denial.

    Restocking Fee

    If the item is returned unopened in original condition and with undamaged original packaging, no restocking fee will apply.

    A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the full order total depending on the condition of the returned item. A restocking fee will be applied if the item:

    • Returned opened but is not in original condition.
    • Shows signs of use beyond permitted functional testing.
    • Returned with damaged original packaging.

    Functional Testing

    Brief functional testing may be permitted only to verify basic operation of all hair dryers. Such testing does not make the item ineligible for return or exchange, provided it remains in original condition and shows no signs of use beyond permitted functional testing.

    Findings that may indicate use beyond permitted functional testing include:

    • Hair in or around the motor, filter, or air intake area
    • Residue
    • Internal debris
    • Dirt buildup
    • Dust or buildup inconsistent with original condition
    • Internal contamination
    • Signs of wear
    • Signs of repeated activation
    • Signs of extended operation
    • Internal wear
    • Any other condition inconsistent with original condition

    If inspection of the item shows use beyond permitted functional testing, repeated use, extended use, or any condition inconsistent with original condition, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.

    Return Authorization

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted only after approval has been granted prior to shipment of any item.
    • Further return shipment instructions will be sent to the email address submitted in the request form after submission and approval.
    • Do not send items without receiving prior approval and return instructions.
    • Unauthorized returns are not processed.

    Resolution

    If return authorization is approved, return shipment instructions will be provided. Upon receival of the authorized returned item(s), once inspected and found to be in original condition, the outcome will be one of the following:

    • Refund to original payment method
    • Exchange

    The resolution is determined based on the verified issue.

    Refund Conditions

    A refund is issued only after:

    • The request is approved
    • Any required return is completed
    • The item is received and verified to meet all return conditions

    Processing Time

    • Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
    • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval or return completion
    • Processing time may vary by payment provider

    Shipping Responsibility

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect
    • Returns must include valid tracking
    • Items shipped to the return address that are lost in transit by the shipping carrier will not be eligible for return or exchange.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    • Damaged or Defected items must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery
    • Incorrect item claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
    • Must include clear photo evidence showing the issue

    Requests without required evidence are not eligible.

    Billing Issues

    Duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges must be reported within 7 calendar days using the request form. You may be required to provide supporting details to verify the claim.

    Dispute Policy

    You must contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a dispute without first following this process may impact the outcome of the dispute.

    Requests may be approved, partially approved, or denied based on:

    • Eligibility
    • Condition of the item
    • Information provided
