Signature Requirement
To help ensure safe delivery, all hair dryer orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders of $150 or more.
All orders are shipped within the United States only.
Shipping Methods
Standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster carrier transit times.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday, usually ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Parlux does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Processing time (order preparation) is separate from shipping transit time (carrier delivery time) and is not included in delivery estimates. Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Addresses & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Address change requests submitted before shipment may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
Parlux is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Any additional costs for address corrections, rerouting, reshipment, or returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or an incorrect address, we will notify the customer once it is received to discuss available options.
Delivery Estimates & Carrier Performance
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Parlux is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, labor disruptions, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
If tracking does not update for multiple business days, customers may contact us to initiate a carrier investigation. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the carrier investigation is complete and shipment status is confirmed.
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options affect carrier transit time only and do not reduce processing time.
Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Once an order ships using the expedited service selected at checkout, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, even if carrier delays occur.
Risk of Loss
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Parlux is not automatically responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages after carrier acceptance. We will assist with carrier investigations when applicable. Refunds or replacements are issued only after carrier confirmation.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may incur return shipping charges and deductions from any applicable refund. Refunds, if applicable, are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
Final Disclaimer
All shipping services are provided by third-party carriers. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that carrier delays, delivery issues, or transit interruptions do not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or chargeback.
